We can guide you through Spanish buying procedures so you will have a clear understanding of your commitments in Spain (legal costs, bank accounts, annual running costs, etc).   • Arrange someone to be at your property to arrange delivery of furniture and appliances if you are not here in Spain.

  • Organise long term rental if you are having a property built and need somewhere to stay until it’s completed.
  • Obtain quotes from tradesmen for any work you may need at your property.
