Ground floor 1 bedroom apartment available for rental during the winter in the port area of Javea. The apartment is available from September until June and is located in Jardines del Sol in the heart of the port in Javea. The accommodation comprises: lounge-diner with open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. There is also another small bedroom with a single bed. Private garden with terrace and an independent entrance.  We require 2 months deposit and 1 month agency fees.
