Sunshine Villas, now an estate agent in Javea, started off life as a London based estate agent helping UK buyers to purchase property in Spain in the days before internet. Today we are proud of our roots and the large family we have created.
Due to the good relationships that we built up with our UK buyers, we were increasingly asked to look after their properties while the owners were not in Spain. That was over 25 years ago and since then we have continued to grow and improve our services as an estate agent. Currently we are a small team of 10 in our estate agency in Javea, dedicated to helping many hundreds of buyers find their place in the sun, be it an beach apartment in Javea, a townhouse in Benissa or a finca in Moraira-Teulada.
