Plots for sale in Moraira. Four building plots ranging in size from 802 to 883 square metres with good sea views on lower Benimeit in Moraira. The plots are not tied to a particular builder so that you may choose your own builder. The infrastructure is now nearing completion with roads, street lighting, pavements, mains gas and drainage and all cables hidden underground. Prices of the plots range from 300.750 Euros to 331,125 Euros. The size of the villa for each plot is restricted to approximately one third of the plot size. Other planning restrictions also apply regarding height of the building and distance from the boundaries, but you are free to choose whatever style of villa you wish. The villa shown is just an example of one of the villas being built here. A typical, finished, luxury, three bedroom, two bathroom villa with a swimming pool will cost in the region of 350.000 Euros plus IVA, plus the cost of the plot. A budget of a minimum of 650.000 Euros will be needed to build on these very special plots. The plots are part on a new up market urbanisation of 48 plots most of which have been sold and villas built, and some are currently under construction. The plots are in an excellent location being an easy ten minute walk to all of the shops, bars, gastro pub, supermarket and restaurants at the Tabaira Centre and only a five minute drive to Moraira and the beach.
